Snack Food Poco Loco NV - risk analysis


It was unclear if the measurements taken in order to protect the critical equipment and thus guaranteeing the business continuity of the chip/frying line of the snack food producer were sufficient.



Based on an audit of the fire protection systems present and the conformity with the legally required fire safety level, a risk analysis of the chips/frying line was performed. Based on this risk assessment, the need for additional fire safety measures was examined in a pragmatic way.
